Rock Jasmine, native to the Himalayas and Tibet. RHS Award of Garden Merit. It grows fairly quickly, maturing to spread 30cm W. but only 1cm high without flowers. Attractive hairy rosettes, smothered with pompoms of pink/purple, changing colour as they age to delightful effect. Sun part shade. Cool root run preferred.
